The living room has a full-sized sofa sleeper sofa, dining table and 40” television.

The kitchen with breakfast bar, is well equipped including a full-sized refrigerator and
gas stove with oven.

The Italian tile bathroom has a walk-in shower with seat.

Free wi-fi, ceiling fans, central air conditioning and heat for a cozy summer or winter atmosphere.

Outdoor balcony seating and table. Non-smoking.
